Since 1988, CDF has provided critical financing for affordable housing projects across Greater Cincinnati. Using U.S. Treasury Capital Magnet Fund grants, retained earnings, and other funds and resources, CDF supports local groups and developers who are working to create and preserve high-quality, affordable housing for all.
