Cincinnati Development Fund is partnering with the City on a new shared development finance application designed to make it easier for developers and community partners to access City incentives, gap financing, and other financial assistance. The new application serves as a common entry point for projects seeking development financing from the City of Cincinnati and Cincinnati Development Fund (CDF), replacing a system in which applicants frequently had to navigate separate applications and timelines for individual programs. Completed applications become part of one common pipeline through which multiple community development finance partners can collaborate directly to expedite review, decision-making, and ultimately project timelines.
