Our vision of a transformed city came one step closer to reality on Sept. 30, 2015, when we had the opportunity to present our new Neighborhood Equity Fund to potential investors and funders at Transform Cincinnati’s Marketplace event. One of six finalists out of 150+ applicants, CDF shared our plan to create a focused fund that provides patient capital to revitalize one neighborhood at a time, starting with Walnut Hills.
