Developed by 3CDC, this historic preservation project created a 14,400sf retail space, now home to MadTree, a Cincinnati-based brewery. The building has a restaurant, tap room, patio, greenhouse bar, and private events spaces. The building contains the balcony on which the idea of the World Series (the MLB championship) was conceived.
