Summary: CDF provided a predevelopment loan to this new construction of 45 units of permanent supportive housing. Co-developed by Talbert Services and the Model Group, this project will serve those at risk of homelessness, providing services for mental health, substance abuse, primary care, financial literacy, employment, and transportation.
