To increase its community impact, Cincinnati Shakespeare Company sought to acquire and redevelop a vacant property. CDF’s New Markets Tax Credits helped finance the new 40,000-sf facility, which features a performing arts theater, education center, technical production facility and administrative office space. With this new facility, the company serves more than 65,000 residents through mainstage shows, educational matinees, school tours, free performances in local parks, acting classes and camps.
