Co-developed by Walnut Hills Redevelopment Foundation (WHRF) and Pennrose, this new construction along the primary Walnut Hills corridor provides 36 affordable units. CDF provided both Hamilton County ARPA and City AHTF subsidy funding to make this project possible.

Impact:

  • 36 units, all affordable, 27 units at 60% AMI, 9 units at 50% AMI

Amount: $525,000 County ARPA, $1,800,000 City AHTF
