Willkommen is a mixed-use, mixed-income, scattered-site project in Over-the-Rhine, rehabilitating 16 historic buildings and creating 4 new infill buildings. The two-part project co-developed by 3CDC and the Model Group created 163 units of housing, 88 of which were affordable at 50-80% AMI. It also created 25,744sf of retail space and 387 jobs.
