Submission Instructions. Applicants must upload a completed application form through the “Application” link below. Applicants must certify in the application that all required attachments have been uploaded to the “Required Attachments” file transfer site below. Please direct any questions to HamCountyARPA@cindevfund.org.

Please make sure each document is marked with the Project Name and a description of the document.
