This project renovated a vacant, blighted building into a commercial kitchen. It provides local food entrepreneurs with affordable access to 11 licensed commercial kitchens, commercial-grade kitchen equipment, and ample storage space. The facility also includes a demonstration kitchen for classes and special events.
