CDF’s New Markets Tax Credits helped finance this $17.7 million project adjacent to the historic Findlay Market. The project included historic rehabilitation of seven buildings with 25,000 sf of retail/office space and 45 apartments (12 affordable). Market Square houses Social OTR, a social enterprise restaurant that provides training and placement for jobs that pay a livable wage/benefits and that offer advancement opportunity in the local restaurant industry.
